2 lbs turnips, cubed
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
Fresh milled pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt butter in stovetop skillet. Add sugar, salt and turnips. Sauté over high heat for one minute to brown.
3. Roast in oven for 10 minutes.
4. Mill with fresh pepper before serving.
