Herb Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
6 large potatoes, cut into chunks
3 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp minced onion
½ tsp red pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Toss potatoes, seasonings and oil in a large bowl to coat.
3. Spread on an ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake 15-20 minutes.
