Red Velvet Cookies
with white chocolate

Ingredients
1 box (15.25 oz) red velvet cake mix
5 oz white chocolate, chopped
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together vege oil and eggs.
3. Beat in boxed cake mix.
4. Stir in chocolate.
5. Drop my spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
