Super Quick Apple Sauce


8 Apples, chopped
½ cup water

1. Place apples and water in a heavy stockpot on stovetop, bring to boil.
2. Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Add cinnamon to taste. Makes about 1 quart. Store in fridge.

Variation: I like to add a dash of ginger and a handful of raisins.
