Red Velvet M&M Cookies
Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup self-rising flour
2 boxes (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker Super Moist Chocolate Cake mix
1 bag (9.9 oz) Red Velvet M&Ms
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, lightly whisk eggs and oil.
3. Add flour and cake mix to create dough.
4. Stir in M&Ms with a large spoon.
5. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet.
