Bailey’s Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter flavor Crisco
½ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp Bailey’s Irish Cream
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 heaping cups self-rising flour
12 oz chocolate chips
½ cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cream together Crisco and sugars in a large bowl.
3. Add egg, baileys, soda and salt to bowl. Mix well.
4. Incorporate flour to form dough.
5. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
6. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden. Cool.
