Hot Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups bread, cubed
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 oz pepperoni, chopped
1 oz roast beef deli meat, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
6 eggs
¼ cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Hot sauce for serving

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease a glass casserole dish.
3. Spread cubed bread over bottom of pan, follow with cubed cream cheese. Sprinkle chopped meats and onions over top.
4. Whisk eggs. Pour over casserole.
5. Bake 15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven. Top with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
