Pulled Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 whole chicken
1 cup chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
Fresh milled black pepper
4 green onions, chopped
Bread for serving
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place chicken in a roasting dish with ½ cup broth and 1/2 cup water. Cover and bake 2+ hours, until meat falls off carcass.
3. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Remove skin and bones. Place meat in crockpot with remaining ½ cup broth, soy and Worcestershire sauces and soup. Season with pepper. Stir in chopped onions. Cook on low for 2 hours.
4. Serve sandwich style.
