Seared Country Pork Ribs
Ingredients
4 Tbsp soy sauce
4 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chili sauce
2.5 lbs bone-in country pork ribs
2 Tbsp vege oil
Directions
1. Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, brown sugar and chili sauce in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
2. Pour over ribs. Seal in a large Ziploc. Marinate 8 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
4. Heat oil in a skillet to medium heat. Add ¼ cup sauce. Sear ribs on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover with foil. Bake 25-30 minutes.
