Cowboy Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp smoky paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 ½ cups cooked pinto beans
2 (10.5 oz) cans tomato soup
Tortilla chips
3 green onions, chopped
¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Sour cream for serving

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease a cast iron skillet.
3. Brown ground beef with chili powder, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
4. Add beans and soup to skillet. Stir to combine.
5. Set a layer of tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Spoon beef mixture over chips. Add another layer of chips. Top with chopped onions and cheese.
6. Bake 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve with sour cream.
