Homemade Tater Tots
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 eggs
1 cup flour
Seasoned salt
Onion powder
Black pepper
Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Poke potatoes with a fork. Wrap in foil and bake until soft, 1-2 hours.
3. Scoop potato meat into a large bowl, allow to cool. Discard peels.
4. Add eggs and flour to bowl. Season with salt, onion powder and black pepper. Mix well.
5. Heat ¼ inch oil in a skillet to frying temperature, 350-375 degrees.
6. Drop batter by spoonful into hot oil. Fry crisp and brown on all sides.
7. Serve piping hot.
