Peanut Butter Fudge Bars

Peanut Butter Fudge Bars made with goat milk

 This makes a huge batch to share with friends!
If you don’t have access to fresh goats’ milk, you may sub evaporated milk into this recipe.

Ingredients for crust:
1 (13.5 oz) box Graham Cracker Crumbs
¾ cup sugar
1 cup butter

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Melt butter over medium heat.
3. In a large bowl, sift together graham crumbs and sugar.
4. Pour butter over mixture, stir to coat.
5. Gently press mixture into a 15 x 12 inch baking sheet.
6. Bake 6-8 minutes. Cool completely.

Ingredients for fudge bar:
1 ½ cup butter
6 cups sugar
1 1/3 cup goat milk
24 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp vanilla
14 oz marshmallow crème
1 (8oz) bag Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Minis

1. Melt butter in an extra large saucepan.
2. Stir in sugar and milk to dissolve. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 230 degrees for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in chocolate chips to melt. Stir in vanilla and crème.
4. Pour fudge over prepared crust. Sprinkle with mini Reese’s. Place baking sheet in refrigerator to cool completely.
5. Cut into bars.
