Tater Tot Hotdish
with homemade tots

1 lb ground beef
½ cup sweet yellow onion chopped
2 Tbsp Parsley
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 (10.5) oz can cream of mushroom soup
Homemade tater tots*

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef and onion in a stovetop skillet.
3. Add parsley, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup and soup. Stir smooth.
4. Spoon into a square baking dish. Arrange homemade tater tots on top.
5. Bake 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
