Bacon Jalapeno wrapped Shrimp
Ingredients
2 lbs Colossal Shrimp, raw (about 12)
Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
Onion powder
Fresh milled black pepper
Smoky paprika
3 jalapeno peppers
6 pieces bacon, cut in half
Toothpicks
Directions
1. Devein and peel shrimp, remove tails
2. Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Place in a bowl. Season with garlic salt, onion powder, pepper and paprika. Toss to coat.
3. Cut jalapenos lengthwise into 12 thin strips.
4. Put one slice jalapeno with one shrimp. Wrap with bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
5. Heat grill. Grill shrimp until bacon is crisp. Remove toothpicks. Serve immediately.
