Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Crunch Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 heaping cups self-rising flour
1 ½ cup Peanut Butter Granola (I used Nature’s Valley)
11 oz peanut butter and milk chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together Crisco and sugars.
3. Add eggs, vanilla, soda and salt. Mix well.
4. Incorporate flour to form dough.
5. Stir in granola and chips.
6. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool.
