Nachos Italiano

Ingredients for Italian Salsa
4 Roma tomatoes, chopped
¼ cup sweet yellow bell pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
¼ cup mixed fresh Italian herbs, chopped
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
Fresh milled black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
3. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Ingredients for nachos
16 oz ground Italian sausage
1 cup mini pepperoni
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pita Chips for serving
Sour cream for serving

1. Brown sausage in a skillet.
2. Add pepperoni, sauté 1 minute.
3. Top with cheese to melt.
4. Spread pita chips on a plate. Transfer skillet contents to top chips. Spoon Italian Salsa over nachos. Serve with sour cream.
