Sourdough pizza crust

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sourdough starter, room temp
1 Tablespoon olive oil plus additional
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine sourdough starter, one tablespoon of oil, salt and flour. Knead until smooth.
2. Cover and rest 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
4. Roll the dough out to two 14 inch circles for thin crust, or one 14 inch circle for a thicker crust.
4. Bake on a baking stone for 10 minutes.
5. Brush with additional oil and add desired toppings.
6. Bake pizza an additional 10 minutes, finish under broiler for crisp crust and hot bubbling cheese.
