Vegetable Macaroni Skillet Bake

Ingredients
3 cups macaroni noodles
1 can (11oz) tomato bisque soup
2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 bunch kale, stems removed, chopped
1 cup sausage kielbasa, diced (optional)
Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
Black pepper
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions
1. Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions, drain.
2. Preheat oven broiler.
3. In an extra large skillet, combine noodles, soup, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, kale and sausage. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
4. Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs over top. Finish under broiler until cheese had melted and crumbs browned.
