Asian Chicken Slaw
Ingredients
1 head savoy cabbage, finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
¼ cup colorful sweet peppers, chopped
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
1 pkg chicken flavor ramen
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 Tbsp vinegar
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup mayo
Directions
1. Place chopped veges and chicken in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together ramen flavor packet, oil, vinegar, sugar and mayo until dissolved.
3. Pour over salad. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
4. Crush ¼ the package of ramen, save the remaining portion for future use
5. Sprinkle crushed ramen and sesame seeds over salad before serving.
