Baked Squash Blossoms

Ingredients
8 large squash blossoms in full bloom, fresh picked
1 cup goat cheese
Dickie Bird Farm Garlic Salt
Parsley, fresh snipped
Fresh milled pepper
Egg
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs


Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Gently rinse out blossoms and dry on paper towels.
3. In a bowl, season goat cheese with garlic salt, parsley and pepper to taste.
4. Carefully fill blossoms. Twist and pinch ends to close.
5. Whisk egg in a shallow dish. Coat blossom in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
6. Bake 10 minutes, until golden brown.
