Coleslaw with fresh fennel

Ingredients
1 small head lettuce, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
1 bunch fennel ferns, chopped
2 cup mayo
¼ cup half and half
¼ cup sugar
1 Tbsp white vinegar
½ tsp coarse black pepper

Directions
1. Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
2. Place remaining ingredients in a large mason jar. Cover and shake vigorously. Pour over slaw. Toss to coat.
3. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving. Stir prior to serving.
