How to Roast Garlic




Roast big batches of garlic and store in a jar in the fridge. It keeps well for weeks.

How to Roast Garlic

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Peel the outer skins off the garlic to reveal individually wrapped cloves. DO NOT separate cloves.
3. Cut ¼ inch off of the garlic’s pointed side.
4. Line a custard cup or bread pan with foil. Place garlic in foil, exposed side up.
5. Drizzle exposed area with olive oil.
6. Bake until soft, about 30-45 minutes.
