Peach-a-peno Pork Chops

Ingredients
Thick pork chops
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Vegetable oil
½ cup Dickie Bird Farm Peach-a-peno Preserves

Directions
1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Place flour in a shallow dish. Drench chops. Cover and rest 15 minutes.
3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
4. Liberally grease a cast iron skillet with oil. Brown both sides of chops.
5. Place browned chops in a baking dish. Spoon preserves over top.
6. Place in oven and bake 20 minutes.
7. Serve immediately.
