Stuffed Patty Pan Squash

Ingredients

1 ex large patty pan squash
4 oz ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
2 green onions, chopped
¼ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 cup pepper jack cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place patty pan in a baking dish. Poke top with a knife to vent. Bake 30 minutes.
3. Grease a skillet. Brown hamburger with garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Drain well. Toss with breadcrumbs.
4. Remove squash from oven. Cut circle off top and remove seeds.
5.
Spoon filling into squash. Top with cheese. Return to oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese creates a golden crust.
