Baked Chicken Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
3 giant green bell peppers
8 oz jalapeno cream cheese
4 oz Dickie Bird Farm Sweet n’ Hot Pepper Preserves
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips for serving

Directions
1. Cut peppers in half. Remove seed mound.
2. Melt cream cheese and preserves in a skillet over low heat. Add chicken, stir smooth.
3. Fill peppers. Top with cheese.
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
5. Bake 30 minutes.
6. Serve with tortilla chips.
