Fall Vegetable Sauté

3 Tbsp butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
4 green onions, chopped
6 radish, chopped
1 small head cabbage, chopped
Salt and pepper

1. Melt butter in skillet over high heat. Add garlic, sauté until fragrant >1 minute.
2. Add vinegar, onions, radish and cabbage. Cook quickly, 1-2 minutes over high heat to brown.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
