Peanut Butter Monster Cookies

Peanut Butter Monster Cookies  

Ingredients
½ cup butter, softened
¾ cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 heaping cups flour
½ cup sugar
Wilton candy eyeballs
Candy corn
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar.
3. Add salt, baking powder, soda, eggs and vanilla. Beat to combine.
4. Incorporate flour to form dough.
5. Form dough into small balls.
6. Place ½ cup sugar in a shallow dish. Roll dough balls in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 7 minutes. Remove from oven.
7. Working quickly, press eyeballs and candy corns into cookie for eyes and mouth. Return cookies to oven for 3 minutes.
8. Allow to cool on baking sheet. Store in airtight containers.
