Cookies n’ Creme Cookies
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (16.25 oz) box of chocolate cake mix
½ cup self-rising flour
1 XL bar (4 oz) Hershey’s Cookies n’ Creme Chocolate bar, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat eggs and oil in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
3. Add cake mix and flour to bowl. Beat to combine.
4. Stir in chopped chocolate bar.
5. Drop by spoonful on to ungreased baking sheets.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool.
