Broccoli Bacon Breakfast Cups
Ingredients
5 eggs
1 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
Smokey paprika
Onion powder
1 cup frozen chopped broccoli, thawed to room temp
4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Grease a 6 muffin tin.
3. Whisk together eggs and cream in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, a dash of paprika and onion powder.
4. Fold in broccoli and bacon.
5. Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.
6. Bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
