Gingersnaps

Ingredients
1 cup butter
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
¾ cup molasses
3 Tbsp cream
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground ginger
1 /2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups all-purpose flour
Sanding sugar

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars.
3. Add molasses and cream to bowl, mix well.
4. Stir in soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, ginger and cinnamon.
5. Incorporate flour to form dough.
6. Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
7. Place sanding sugar in a shallow dish. Gently press each cookie cut-out in sugar.
8. Place cut-outs on ungreased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
