Berry Almond Granola

Ingredients
15 cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 ¼ cups silvered almonds
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup agave nectar
1 ½ tsp kosher or sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp almond extract
½ cup blueberries, dried
1 cup cranberries, dried

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl combine oats, almonds and brown sugar.
3. In another large bowl, whisk together oil, agave, salt, cinnamon and extract.
4. Drizzle liquid over oat mixture, toss to coat evenly.
5. Spread granola onto two extra large baking sheets. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and add berries.
7. Cool completely before storing in airtight containers.
