Homemade Mustard

Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup mustard seeds
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp dry mustard
½ tsp red pepper flakes
4 Tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
1. Place mustard seeds in a mason jar with vinegar and salt. Cover with lid. Allow to sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
2. Spoon contents into a food processor. Add dry mustard, red pepper, honey and garlic to food processor and pulse smooth.
3. Spoon mustard into a mason jar with lid. Store in fridge.
