Pickled Eggs with Peppers and Garlic

Ingredients
12 eggs, hardboiled and peeled
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 ½ cup sugar
2 large garlic bulbs, about 16 cloves separated and peeled
10 hot peppers, sliced
2 Quart jars with lids, sterilized

Directions
1. Combine vinegars and sugar in a heavy saucepan. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool to room temperature.
2. Layer eggs, garlic cloves and peppers into jars.
3. Pour liquid into jars.
4. Store in refrigerator. Allow at least 2 days rest before use.
