Sriracha Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients for biscuit crust:
1 Tbsp lard
½ cup warm water
½ tsp baking powder
Dash salt
2 cups self-rising flour plus additional flour for rolling

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, soften lard in warm water. Add baking powder and salt.
3. Knead in flour.
4. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface.
5. Place crust on a pizza stone and bake 12-15 minutes, until golden.

Ingredients for topping:
4 eggs
1 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
2 green onions
4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut
½ cup Colby jack cheese, shredded

1. Preheat oven broiler.
2. Whisk together eggs and cream in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Grease a skillet. Add onions and eggs, scramble.
4. Squirt Sriracha on prepared crust. Spoon eggs onto crust. Top with sausage and cheese.
5. Broil until cheese is hot and bubble.
6. Cool slightly, cut and serve.
