Breakfast Breadbowls

Ingredients
Fresh or refrigerated bread dough
6 eggs
2 Tbsp cream
Salt and pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
3 green onions, chopped
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
3 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.


2. Roll dough out as thinly as possible into two circles. Grease outside if two metal or glass bowls. Blanket upside-down bowls with dough. Prick dough with fork multiple times. Set upside-down bowls in pie dishes or on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool completely to easily remove breadbowls from bowls.
3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, cream salt and pepper. Add a dash of onion and garlic powders.
4. Grease a skillet. Sauté onions and peppers 1 minute.
5. Pour egg mixture into skillet and scramble.
6. Heat oven broiler.
7. Fill breadbowls with scrambled eggs, top with bacon and cheese and broil until cheese is hot and melted.
