Kielbasa Squash Casserole

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz kielbasa, sliced thin
3 green onions, chopped
1 (10oz) can cream of celery soup
½ cup milk
¼ cup mayo
1 cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp coarse ground black pepper
2 cups summer squash and zucchini, sliced
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
2. Grease a skillet, add garlic. Sauté until fragrant, 1 minute. Add keilbasa and onions, brown. Remove from heat.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together soup, milk, mayo, cheese, thyme and pepper. Stir in browned sausage and vegetables.
4. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Top with seasoned breadcrumbs.
5. Bake 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
