Grilled Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
8 large Anaheim peppers
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup pinto beans, cooked
1 (1.6 oz) packet burrito seasoning mix
8 pieces bacon
Toothpicks
 


Directions
1. Cut Anaheim peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds.
2. In a medium bowl, mash together cream cheese, beans and burrito seasoning mix.
3. Fill peppers with cream cheese mixture. Wrap each pepper with bacon. Toothpick to secure.
4. Grill peppers until bacon is crisp.
