Mini Chocolate Pies
with chocolate graham cracker crusts

Ingredients for crust:
2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbles
2 Tbsp sugar
½ cup plus 2 Tbsp butter, melted
24 muffin cup liners in muffin tray

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Spoon crumbles evenly among 24 lined muffin cups.
4. Press down firmly.
5. Bake 6 minutes.
6. Cool completely.

Ingredients for chocolate pie:
2 envelopes Dream Whip mix
1 1/2 cup half & half, divided
1 pkg (3.9 oz) Jell-O chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
Chopped chocolate bar pieces for topper
24 mini chocolate graham crusts

1. In a large bowl, beat 3/4 cup half & half and 1 envelope Dream Whip on high until soft peaks form.
2. Add chocolate pudding mix. Beat until thick.
3. Spoon over graham crusts.
4. In another large bowl, combine remaining ¾ half & half and 1 envelope Dream Whip. Beat until thick. Spoon over chocolate filling.
5. Sprinkle chocolate pieces over whipped topping.
6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set before serving.
