Poppyseed Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
¼ cup green peppers, chopped
¼ cup sweet yellow onion, chopped
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ tsp poppy seeds
Dash salt

Directions
1. Place cabbages, peppers and onion a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar has completely dissolved.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage. Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
