Crab Cakes
Ingredients
18oz crab meat, drained very well
1 egg
3 Tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp salt
½ tsp crushed red pepper
¼ tsp dill
¼ cup flour
3/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Grease a baking sheet.
4. Form patties and place on baking sheet.
5. Bake 10 minutes, flip and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden.
6. Serve crisp and hot!
