Sweet n’ Salty Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
6 Tbsp butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
Dash salt
1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
2 heaping cups flour
1 cup Nature Valley Sweet n’ Salty Nut Granola Bars, chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, peanut butter and sugars with an electric mixer.
3. Mix in baking soda, baking powder and salt.
4. Beat in egg, egg yolk and vanilla.
5. Add flour, mix to form dough.
6. Stir in chopped granola bars.
7. Drop dough by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheets.
8. Bake one sheet at a time, for 10-12 minutes until golden.
9. Cool.
