Marinated Italian Olives
Marinated Italian Olives make a great addition to your
holiday charcuterie board or antipasti bar. Serve with a variety of salamis,
cheeses and crackers.
Ingredients
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
6 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
4 Garlic cloves, roasted
2 Oregano sprigs
1 Tbsp basil, chopped
3-4 cups mixed black and green olives, pitted
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a quart sized jar. Allow flavors
to seep a minimum of 24 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator.
