Smoke n' Spice Almonds
1 lb raw,
whole almonds
2 Tbsp Olive
oil
2 tsp Ancho
chili powder
1 tsp coarse
ground pepper
1 tsp finely
ground sea salt
½ tsp garlic
powder
¼ tsp cayenne
pepper
Directions
1. Set smoker to lowest heat setting
2. Smoke raw almonds for 2 hours
3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
4. Mix olive oil with seasonings
5. Toss smoked almonds with oil mixture until coated
6. Spread coated almonds on a baking sheet
7. Bake 12 minutes
8. Cool
9. Store in airtight container
